Buddy Bears 2016-2017 Gamma Eta's 2016-2017 is "Buddy Bears". This project is to designed to support our local law enforcement agencies in Cottle, Crosby, Dickens, Kent, King and Motley Counties. At our February 6, 2017, meeting members will be asked to bring brown or tan hand towels. Members will make bears out of the hand towels. These bears will be handed out to police officers, sheriff and sheriff deputies to give to children that are in distress either because of suicide of a family member, death of a family member, domestic violence, sexual assault or CPS involvement. The bears will be tied with a pink or blue ribbon and distributed to local law enforcement officers. A small tag will identify Gamma Eta as the source of the bear. What'll I Do? 2015-2016 Gamma Eta's 2015-2016 Project was "What'll I Do?" After a program in October 2015, chapter members voted to purchase the books by Author Mark Williams. The books were What'll I Do If a Bully Bullies Me?What'll I Do If I Don't Get My Way? and What'll I Do If I Get Angry? Sets of the three books were placed in elementary libraries in Crosbyton, Guthrie, Jayton/Girard, Lorenzo, Motley County, Patton Springs, Ralls and Spur.
